From the Course:

As Fred mentioned in his President’s letter, over the past few years, we have lost a dozen or so trees to disease (mainly Scotch pines). Starting this fall, we will start replacing them with many different varieties of trees. If you would like to donate to our Tree Replacement Project, that would be greatly appreciated. Your money will go towards the replacement of trees, removal, and maintenance of trees.

Everything is ready to go, so come out and play!

Membership are still coming and we are excited to report that our new member count is growing with each month. We all know how important it is to grow the sport of golf and LCH is making efforts to just that. We are working with BHA Real Estate to create events to attract more women to the game, we are entering our second year of our Junior Golf Clinic and we are working on creating more social events to bring in young adults. It’s our mission to offer a path for anyone wishing to play golf…from the beginner to experienced.

We hope everyone is signed up for the Birthday Club and if there is any special events you would like us to know about, please reach out, we would be happy to share it with you!

Letter from the President

Well, we are officially open for business and now it’s time to start making tee times! Hopefully the weather will straighten out and stay warm all the time now.

As we prepare the course for a new season, we were unfortunately faced with having to take down trees due to disease, and now need to replace them. As a result, we are inviting anyone that would want to donate money for a tree to be planted in the place of the dead ones to please contact the Clubhouse. This will be an opportunity to help keep the course in beautiful shape and do something important for the environment. We will have a plaque in the Clubhouse to recognize those who have contributed.

From the Clubhouse

We’re not sure if Spring will ever arrive or if we are going straight to Summer! We are getting things ready in the Clubhouse and on the course and expect a very active summer. Men’s league will start May 13th (online registrations will be available shortly…watch for an email) and the tee sheet is open for tee times. Please be sure to make a tee time so we can have your cart ready.

Thursday meals have begun (meals are listed on the website) and our 2024 Clubhouse menu is ready for your dining pleasure. Please make it a point to stop by and say hi to our new staff members…they are starting to roll in and are very excited to meet all of you!

As always, please let us know if we can help you in any way.
